Her expertise in ESG issues helps clients navigate the complex environmental, social, and governance landscape, ensuring valuable strategies that align with business priorities and risk management, going beyond mere compliance.

Paulina advises companies to enter the market, obtain permits, relations with administrative authorities, contingencies in the company’s regular operation, and representation in sanctioning administrative procedures.

In the environmental, sustainability, and compliance field (ESG), has advised several companies in the transportation, telecommunications, retail, and food sectors, among others, in compliance with the obligations imposed by the regulator and the implementation of new regulations, such as the Extended Producer Responsibility Law, data protection policies, criminal liability of legal persons, among others.
